Servo goes LOCAL for Thanksgiving Feast!
The annual Thanksgiving dinner is by far the most anticipated Servo event of the year. Students get to feast on a whole turkey with their twelve closest friends, as well as several other homestyle thanksgiving dishes including mashed potatoes, stuffing, even pumpkin pie! But this year, Servo is doing something a little different. A local company out of New Oxford, PA, right here in Adams County, is supplying Servo with over 200 all-natural, humanely raised turkeys!
In addition, all the milk for the dinner is from Apple Valley Creamery, a local dairy farm in East Berlin, PA. Farmhouse is proud of the excellent steps our dining hall is taking to support local farmers and serve more local, sustainably raised food. Way to go Servo!
